During the summer of 2024, Ngoc Lan Cable organized a lively 3-day, 2-night trip to the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang with the theme “Ngoc Lan sets sail”. The trip was not only an opportunity for all employees to relax together after stressful work days, but also a chance to strengthen solidarity and bonding between company members.
With full participation from all departments and special attention from the leadership, the program was a great success. The exciting team building activities and relaxing moments by the beach left many memorable memories for everyone. The “Ngoc Lan sets sail” trip was a meaningful gift that the company gave to all employees in 2024.
The travel itinerary was very interesting, exploring famous Nha Trang landmarks from the bustling Dam Market to the sacred Long Son Pagoda and majestic Tram Huong Tower. There was also the opportunity to enjoy diverse cuisine and savor local specialty dishes, bringing memorable experiences to all staff. The trip became a wonderful bridge for company members to understand and connect with each other better.
A highlight activity that could not be missed was the Team Building program with bonding games. The enthusiastic participation of 4 teams, from Gen Z members to those over 50, was extremely lively and eager. Everyone went through fun and meaningful memories together.
The Gala Dinner night left a deep impression on all employees with sincere encouragement and profound thanks from the leadership. This was followed by the program kick-off with a “treasure hunt” game that made the whole hall explode with excitement. The program also had segments that everyone looked forward to – the lucky prize draw with valuable and cute gifts from the Board of Directors.
The journey in the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang has ended, but the wonderful memories remain.
