He successfully manufactured the first cable stranding machine for the wire and cable industry in Southern Vietnam. The technical invention that Mr. Dau left behind has become the foundation for the development of many enterprises in the industry, helping Ngoc Lan Cable become more proactive in production processes and improve product quality.

The Ho Chi Minh City wire and cable industry would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Le Van Dau (Mr. Bay Dau), the creator of the first cable twisting machine for the Southern Vietnam wire and cable industry.
He passed away on November 11, 2005.
