Ngoc Lan Product Warranty Policy

I. Scope of Coverage

• Applicable to all electrical cables manufactured by Ngoc Lan Cable.
• Valid nationwide (Within the territory of Vietnam).

II. Warranty Terms and Conditions

• Genuine products manufactured by the Company.
• Product defects verified to be caused by Company manufacturing fault.
• Products within warranty period (18 months from delivery date or 12 months from installation date, whichever comes first).
• In case of cable failure during use, the original condition and site must be preserved. Please notify the Company for joint inspection, investigation, and root cause analysis.

III. Warranty Exclusions

• Product damage resulting from improper use against technical specifications and design requirements, such as:
– Overload damage (Electrical cables used beyond rated current capacity).
– Operation beyond cable voltage ratings.
– Improper environmental conditions (direct water immersion, ambient temperature exceeding specified limits, etc.).
• Product damage due to improper storage or handling against manufacturer’s guidelines and specifications.
• Products showing evidence of tampering, scratches, deformation from external impacts, fire damage, or scorching due to inadequate protection during installation.
• Product damage due to installation practices contrary to manufacturer’s recommendations or National Electrical Installation Standards, including:
– Electrical cables passing through foundations, walls, or floors must be enclosed in appropriately rigid conduits or ducts for cable protection, moisture prevention, and water accumulation prevention.
– Cable terminations during installation must be properly protected and sealed to prevent water, mortar, cement infiltration, etc., which can cause copper conductor oxidation (discoloration, blackening, darkening).
• Product damage caused by natural disasters.

Customers are required to inspect goods before use and fully comply with the “Usage and Storage Guidelines” provided on product labels.
